Hi All,
I found someone from google to solve the network connectivity of my CLX-9252NA/XAA
He said he has to update the firmware to fix it, but then he screwed up and disappeared.
Now it just got stuck at the message saying can not load UI screen and I need to bring it back to older firmware or somehow fix it.
I need to update the printers firmware or some how bring it back to the original manufacture setting/firmware.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would be happy to pay for your service if we can get this fixed.

It is possible, you need the recovery HDD file and instructions on how to run it. My NDA with HP prevents me from publishing those steps. I have elevated your post to the moderators who hopefully can connect you with an HP rep that can help you.

Thank you for the advice.
I got the HDD file form HP, but it is just an HDD file
it has no usblist2.exe
I found the usblist2.exe online, but when connecting the computers and dragging the HDD to the EXE file. Nothing happens
I also can not find some that I can pay to fix it.
It is very frustrating.
I hope someone from HP contacts us.
This is our business printer, and everything is in stock.

Copy the file to a blank USB stick formatted for FAT32. Turn off the printer. insert the USB stick and then power on the device and wait.
Document at this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/2z8suqa2kthwqm4/Samsung%20recovery.pdf?dl=0 should provide relevant instructions.
