Product: SL-C4062FX

We just purchased a Samsung SL-C4062FX.  We put a new username and password in during the setup. However, we can't login from the front panel or web page.  Is there a trick? Or is there a way to reset the settings? The reset instructions on the support site are for older models with small front panels.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!
