Pls help me, I am trying to scan from the

Samsung MultiXpress SL-X7600 Color Laser Multifunction Printer

through the feeder to my Mac apple laptop. I use the the Mac Preview function to scan document, once the pages go through the feeder. An error comes at the end saying The file “Unsaved Preview Document.pdf” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file.

also when we have talk to HP or Mediaform the outsourced support team of HP, they ask me to download drivers. This is the link provided below by them. But when downloaded drivers are installed but no easy print manager is there to download. Screen on printer is also saying this. pls help how to fix this. We need the Easy Print manager software for MAC. I have had this printer for 1.5 months, and problem after problem. Pls help to fix this.

Your best option on a product like this is to use the direct scan to folder option and forget about using an app for scanning.
