Product: hp toutch smart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Samsung printer scx-3405w has just stopped working, toner has about 25 pages through it, on warmup has toner light on orange and status light blinks green, after warmup the status light turns red, can not communicate with printer even through software re-install, the pc will detect what kind of printer it is but that's it, it did print a test page for configurations when it happened , but that's where it stopped. it looks like everything has reset back to build date of 2012 on the page that it printed for the last time, I got this printer new in 2016 and has worked great until now
