Very possible that your driver was replaced during the upgrade with a Microsoft IPP driver or the driver failed to detect the duplex abilities of your printer. On your PC go to control panel >devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties " from the drop-down menu. Click on the advance tab and you can see which driver is installed. If it says either class driver or IPP driver, delete the printer and reinstall the correct driver by downloading it from supply.HP.com.

If the driver is correct, click on the device settings tab, scroll down the list of installable options till you find duplex option and change it to installed.
