samsung proxpress m4580fx after hard drive recovery it is complaining of Toner, Fuser unit and etc what might be the problem?

Have you upgraded the firmware to the most recent. Failure to do so will introduce many issues after a recovery. Often because supplies are dated outside the range that the original firmware recognizes as valid.
