If Printer CSX-4200 printer/scanner is not working for you in MAC OS Catalina and above, you can try looking for existing drivers as Samsung M2070 Series in your MAC while adding in Printers and Scanners from System Preferences, if it is not there, download and install both printer and scanner drivers from official support https://support.hp.com/id-en/drivers/closure/samsung-xpress-sl-m2070-laser-multifunction-printer-ser... and do the same initial described procedure. 

I hope this may help others with same issue as i could resolve it.
