I will try and assist.Maybe do the firmware update on that printer also.Then make sure that the glass and scanner is clean from dust underneath.Hope this will help.

But when trying to update it suddenly shwoing updation completed within 2 mins. through network machine not connecting.

Just to find out if the machine finished the update.The update needs to finish on its own.I will look out for your post.
