Dear , 

 

This blue color of the status les is not reported in all manuals . can sombody tell me the meaning .

Printer not working and even not able to run the stop / start button . I need to take out the power cable .

If the power LED is blue this indicates that the unit is in sleep mode. Try unplugging the power, hold down the power switch for 10 seconds to completely drain any residual charge on the circuit boards and then plug the unit back in and try to start it.

Dear , 

The goodnews is that with your advice i could put a live my printer again. This after some tries and after having deconnected the wired ethernet cable.  With the WPS function i am able to print ( WiFi) . The status led remains blue.  If i plug the ethernet cable printer not more working .Thanks already for this major progress.  I further check any concern with the cable. Printer was connected to a switch and this device to the router. Has worked well til now.
