i am faceing a problem regarding there is no service center to help repairing my sumsung printer which is takeovered by hp. it is very sham to hp and sumsung

It is correct that HP purchased the assets of Samsung's printer division. 

You can use the HP Service Locator to find a repair center https://support.hp.com/ca-en/service-center

I do not know where you are located in India but they do show a repair centers in Delhi.
