Hello navjar
First it is important to point that we always recommend to contact an Authorized service center to perform that repair since that is not a part reachable for end users and in case that youyr product is still under the manufacturer one year warranty you can contact Samsung printers support at 1-855-709-2202 > option 2 > option 2.
Anyways, if you decide to take the responsibility by your own I leave you some guidance:

Steps:
1) Turn the machine off then on. If the error persists, turn the machine off again.
2) Remove and reinstall the ITB unit.
3) Check if the ITB home sensor connector is connected correctly.
4) If the problem persists, replace the ITB unit.
