Inexplicably I have to shut off all wifi (wifi plus wifi calling) or cellphone cannot connect to towers my iPhone7plus had not problems staying 100 cellular (Samsung seems 2 use 'mobile' in place of cellular). If I want to use HP OJ9020 Pro eAIO even w DirectPrint and this Samsung "note20" [note20 will be nickname henceforth].
I can use phone either as cellphone or as local phone (no internet connection is possible) to communicate wirelessly w HP9025proeAIO.
ALSO new 9025hpojeAIO cannot connect to my existing Instant ink account and I have had to purchase two sets of 4 (962xl cyan, magenta, & yellow; plus 966xl Double size Black cartridge at retail 4 which I paid another $336.00 after the cost of the new HP9025Pro printer! Error message : Printer is auto assigned a DNS address which prevents the server from verifying the printer DNS name; this prevents HP Web Services from connecting with the new 9025 printer, so it cannot be added to my existing Instant Ink account!
Have tried all found suggested solutions and worked w HP CONNECTED Specialist without any success

@chronicuser, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
The printer should be connected to the internet for Instant Ink service to work on the printer. Do not use wifi-direct if the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink.
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
- Make sure the printer and the mobile devices are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the mobile devices should be on the 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
