Добрый вечер! Ребята, выручаите ....... сил моих нет больше , руки трясутся из глаз слезы. Принтер При копировании , сканировании printer hp color laserjet pro mfp m277n обрезает печать , с левой стороны. Ударов, падении, и ковырянии в мозгах не было. Как то само по себе проблема в

вылезла. По работе очень много сканирую, а сейчас картина такая , сканирую максимум 5 листов в хорошем качестве, потом при аналогичных действиях с моей стороны , сканер начинает резать (сокращать изображение с левой стороны), настроики типа формат бумаги, и максимальный размер странички не помогают. Единственное, что спасает, еще на 5 листов , на самом принтере выбрать НАСТРОИКА-ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ-ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЕ УМОЛЧАНИЯ, после этого идет загрузка , и можно красиво еще листов 5 сделать, но это ЖЕСТЬ, работа затягивается очень. ПРОШУ кто может , помогите , буду очень благодарна. ЗАРАНЕЕ СПАСИБО,
