.בניסיון לסרוק מסמך על מנת לשלוח אותו לתיבת מייל, אינני מצליחה בשום אופן

.משהו השתבש בהגדרה של חשבון המייל

.המדפסת נותנת הודעה כזו: שם משתמש או סיסמא שגויים. ודא שהן חשבון המשתמש והן הסיסמא נכונים

.וידאתי בהגדרות  במחשב הנייח שהכל נכון לכן אינני מבינה מדוע יש לי בעיות בשליחת מיילים. המדפסת מחוברת ברשת אלחוטית

כשאני ניגשת לבחור משתמש מפרופיל השולח יש משום מה יש שני משתמשים. אחד זהו שמי והשני זה סיסמא למייל שלי. אף אחד מהם לא נותן לי לשלוח.

כשאני מקישה על שמי  זה נותן לי להקיש במסך חדש כתובת אליה אני רוצה לשלוח את המייל וכשאני מקישה על השני שזו סיסמת המייל שלי זה מבקש מספר PIN.
