I have a Laserjet M4555 printer, it prints normally, it makes copies with the ADF normally, but on the other hand when I start a copy with the glass, it jams the paper at the fuser kit and displays error 13.C3.D2, I tested with another fuser kit same problem and also tested with another reversing assembly, same problem, please help me.

Make sure that the original size setting and the destination media match. Also if you have the 3 bin sorter, make sure that the top tray is not blocked. Default setting on output is top tray for copies and prints come out the bottom. You could try changing the default copy destination to the lowest tray (same as print, if applicable) and see what happens.

Thank you for your kind response

I made sure all the settings are as you mentioned. But I still have same issues now I decided to use a different DC control board and it worked perfectly.

Please is there any solution to fix the DC control board now that it confirmed to be the issue?
