The bottom margin on that printer model is 12,7mm everything under that margin can't be printed, side and top margin is 3mm.

Thank you for that you don’t know of a top loading hp printer that can print the whole page do you? I need it for labels I’ve had a few hp printers  and they don’t print straight. I tried a canon one and it printed straight (top loader) but print quality was not as good as hp so hence the new purchase never knew about the margin that’s not printable!!!!

A borderless printer with a top loader is HP Smart Tank 5000 think that one is the cheapest.
