Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hooked up a new HP Deskjet 3772 a few weeks ago and it prints fine.  Tried to make a copy of a document today for the first time and it scanned it, then started printing a page completely black.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to your printer? 
  • What is the media type used on the printer?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: Resolve copy problems with HP printers (refer to the step: Copies are blank)
