6555e resizing copies

Trying to enlarge a document. When I press the COPY option, SETTINGS does not show up.  Only DOCUMENT COPY and ID CARD COPY.

The printer is behaving as designed.

What?

The printer lacks a full touchscreen Printer Control Panel.

A full service Printer Control Panel would be where one might find extra COPY level features, including that Resize option you are seeking.

What to do?

Scan the and Save the content as a supported File Type (typically PDF / Photo image)

NOTE >> 

HP+ service / contract enabled? 

Premium scan features are available for an HP+ enabled printer.

Next,

Open the saved file in an appropriate application or software for the file type

Print the content of the file at any size you want it done.

Depending on your application / software and the content type (PDF / document or Photo / Image), there are various options available to print to selected size, print smaller, larger, or even in Poster format.

Adobe Reader can print your PDF file at any size you want it done, including percentage of 100% or Poster size.

After having installed the full driver printing software, (you can) print using other software programs.

For example, Print Word documents or print Images in custom sizes.
