My All in one stopped scanning to my PC from control panel.

I've tried everything downloaded driver packages 📦 nothing. Hp smart went dumb stuck in a loop does not work.

 

Need this on a daily bases what can I do...

Kindly help me answers to below questions to assist you better.

Are there any error messages displayed ?

Are you facing issue only when scanning using document feeder ( if any ) or flatbed ?

Are you able to scan successfully using software ( flatbed / ADF )
