Any help or comments etc. on this minor issue will be appreciated !!

 

Have just received new 7740 A3 printer and cannot fathom out the issue when using A3 paper? after loading paper into the tray which extends to accept the size it appears that the tray will not shut completely unless you try to curve the paper as you insert it into the unit ?? is this correct or am i missing something simple ? Instructions not that clear !!

Apparently, having the tray loaded with extra large paper does result in part of the tray extension remaining outside of the normal "fully closed" position.
