Hello,

My early production OfficeJet 9025’s ADF will not recognize any document when I place them in the tray. I have reset the printer, checked for jams, looked to see if anything was broken but I see nothing. It was working fine yesterday and then stopped half way through a feed during a scan. All other functions of the print are okay. Thanks!

Unfortunately it doesn’t work for scan nor copy. It’s like the mechanism that detects that you have inserted paper (tab is there) doesn’t trigger the printer to recognize the ADF.

Look for this sensor:

the sensor lever should be pushed down without resistance. Information should then also appear in the display.
If this sensor does not work, then no sheet will be fed!
