Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer

HP Envy 5660 will not scan.  "There is a problem connecting to the server".  I have turned it off and on.  It is connected to the internet.  Soft ware is up to date.  Seen going on for several days.  I will print.  I have not changed any settings.
