Since my Samsung galaxy s10+ was upgraded to Android 12 my hp smart app says scanner not available on my Officejet 3830.  My windows 10 laptop hp smart app scanning works perfectly with all functions. My galaxy S6+ with Android 7 with the hp smart app works perfectly with all functions.
