At this point I'm sure you don't give a **bleep** about your customers!

For quite some time i'm getting error message 17, which means that the scanner is not working.
But that's not even the problem: Because the scanner is not working properly, the printer no longer prints! 
Who came up with such customer-unfriendly nonsense? You should be ashamed of selling such garbage to your customers!

 

Now I have a printer that does not print because the scanner does not scan. It really is as ridiculous as it sounds!

 

I can probably throw the device away as my warranty has expired. Very annoying as I had only recently replaced all of the toners!
