Since last Windows 11 update, my computer detects my HP B010a printer, but not the scanner part.
Printing works perfectly fine.
When I go to the Windows Device Manager, the printer seems not to have any driver installed, and Windows Update seems not to have any available driver anymore, although it did just last month (same OS, same computer).
I tried unplugging the USB and power cords of the printer.
I tried solving the issue with Scan Doctor.
I tried scanning through HP Smart (which seems not to be available for download anymore from the B010a support page for some reason).
I also tried to lookup the product support page to download the most up-to-date drivers... but HP has withdrawn the drivers from this page, whichever OS I select.
I am not getting any WIA-related error, but I tried to restart the service regardless. It did not make any difference.
The fact that this issue started occurring just after the latest W11 update seems suspicious to me.
Has anyone been faced with the same issue recently?
PS: I would like to add that my other computer, which also runs Windows 11, has no problem scanning from the same printer. I am not sure it went through the latest Windows 11 update though.
