Greetings HP Community,

I'm new here, this is my first message/question.  I have been encountering an issue whenever I use HP Scan and Capture, it seems to scan the document beautifully, and then when I save it as a pdf to my desktop, and open it, the file is corrupted.  Symbols and strange characters appear over my text, or it will completely move a line or change a word, even in the header.  Very strange, this happened almost 3 years ago and I haven't experienced it again until now.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  I still haven't found a fix and I really need help as I'm preparing documents for an important business meeting this coming Tuesday.

Looking forward to some helpful advice, or even someone else who is also having this issue.

Thanks In Advance,

ML
