My fax previews are blurry. I read you response on others forums on  here and you dont help resolve the known issue. 

 

Seems like you dont fix or tell us on how to resolve the issue. I have the same issue and your response of "as is" is kinda of discouraging of even using your business if that is how you respond and resolve known issues.

We don't know if the recipient is receiving good faxes or not. We dont have anyway of knowing.  How about we fax you and your respond if it works or not, or you test the system that you operate yourselves respectfully.
