When making a copy, it has previous copies printed on current copy  PAGE  HAS "HP PRINT CLOUD DEBUG" ON LEFT UPPER CORNER OF PAGE.

  • Disable HP Cloud Print: If you are not using HP Cloud Print, you can try disabling it to see if it resolves the issue.
    • Access the printer’s web interface or HP Smart app.
    • Navigate to the HP Cloud Print settings and disable it.

5. Troubleshooting "HP PRINT CLOUD DEBUG" Message

  • Check for Debug Mode: The "HP PRINT CLOUD DEBUG" message suggests that the printer might be in a debug or test mode. This mode can be turned off via the printer’s settings or web interface.
