Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I scanned 700 Pictures from a HP3830 all in one to my HP Envy Laptop. All but 200 were saved as JPGS. The rest are pdfs. Is there a way to change pdfs to jpgs so I dont have to rescan them?  TYIA

You may search on google about the same. There are many online applications that you can use to convert.
