Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with scanning as TIFF files on your Printer.

 

As of now, HP Smart can save a scanned file as either JPEG or PDF. You may install the full-featured driver to save a scanned image in TIFF format. Click on this link to download the HP Full-featured driver. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
