Microsoft Windows 11

Series 5000 wirelessly connected to Acer 3 laptop. Find something I want to save, but that's not an option. Click on print, then when the print box comes up, click on save as PDF. Up until today, I've had no issues, now...Click on save as PDF, box opens where to save to, and then the fun starts. The box has the Chrome symbol, upper left corner, the box where to share it to says Downloads, and on the left side it was originally trying to save to Onedrive. I don't have a OneDrive account, so i deleted the app. Now, it's trying to download to Gallery. The file name is highlighted, and file type is PDF. Problem is, if I click ANYWHERE in the download box, it freezes and next to the Chrome symbol, in brackets, it says Not Responding). Click on the X to close the window, pop-up says Chrome is not responding, with the option to close or wait. I close. I've gone into the laptop setting, into the printer settings and I'm at a loss. HELP!!
