HP Officejet 6812

In scanning today I got a fail message on the screen: "could not connect to web services."

However, I ran the Network Config page and it mirrors a prior one that had no issues.

I ran a wireless network and I don't have a prior test page to compare.  But, on the top it says "ATTENTION THE WIRELESS RADIO ON YOUR HP PRINTER IS CURRENTLY TURNED OFF.

SOLUTION: TO CONNECT WIRELESSLY, YOU MUST TURN ON THE WIRELESS RADIO ON YOUR HP PRINTER.  REFER TO THE SETUP GUIDE THAT CAME WITH HP PRINTER."

I have searched the manual online and there is no "wireless radio" match at all.

Can someone tell me what is going on?  I shut it down and powered up again and same issue.  But, again the network says everything is fine!
