Help needed guys, I can't scan on either flatbed or feeder on printer, I can print from the tray no problem.  It keeps saying paper jam and to remove paper from scanner but there isd no paper jam.  I've tried downloading new drivers etc but no avail. Have cleaned the scanner and surroundings, I'm totally blanked on how to solve the problem!!!!!!  Any suggestion would be much apprerciated.
