Can;'t send a fax, new printer - there is no place to type phone number

This is a new printer to us.  Had HPs before.  Can't figure out how to fax to a phone number.

It is a HP ENVY Photo 7800 All-in-One series.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Once the printer is setup, simply plug in a phone cable to the printer and on the control panel, tap on Fax.

A numerical touchpad will be shown to key in recipient's number, then "Send Now".
