Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All in One; connected via USB, turned off VPN, getting error (Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001) when I try to sign into HP Smart App; printer works fine, but can't access scan or fax functions via HP Smart app

Hi @XenaRatDog,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are getting an error message OW_500_OWSID00001on your HP SMART App. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Please follow the steps mentioned in this document: HP printers - 'We're sorry, something went wrong error

 

Uninstall HP Smart and update the OS once - Then restart the PC and then try to install HP Smart again and check if you are able to access the HP Smart App
