I've been trying to find a way to scan small cards on my printer without the edges being cut off. Aligning the cards with a) the edges of the glass and b) the guide marks for Letter/A4 paper sizes does not work and always cuts off some portion of the card. In fact, the entire left side of the scan has a black portion (thin, but super obvious), making me believe my scanner is offset very far.

I have the correct drivers, I have cleaned the print bed, and I have the correct paper size (Letter). I cannot find any sort of guide in the installation manual, in the troubleshooting manual, through the virtual assistant, in the HP forums, nor anywhere else for how to calibrate the scanner in any capacity. There is no option for "Scanner calibration" or anything even beginning with "Scanner" in the settings as far as I know of, even when activating the "Secondary Service" and/or "Developer's Menu" options.

I am truly at a loss for what I'm supposed to do to calibrate my scanner.
