Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I bought a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. It works perfectly from the HP smart app on my computer, and I also added the printer as the standard printer on my computer, which also works for printing. However, when I want to scan, it works ok via the app but I cannot click scan on the OfficeJet Pro 8025. It says it needs to be configured in order to work. I tried downloading drivers but it doesn't work. I also read through lots of articles without any help. How do I connect my computer to the printer so I can use the scan function directly on the printer?
