Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

On my HP ENVY 5660, Iwould like to delete an email address in the "Scan to email" list. I no longer have access to this email address (it's an old work email) and can't remember the PIN. I was all set to reset to factory defaults (based on browsing the forums) and then found it would create problems with my HP instant ink settings. Any other solutions? There should be no PIN needed to remove or delete an email since the pin would have to be created to and access to the email required to set it back up. Simply remove the PIN requirement from the remove process and replace it with "Are you sure you want to delete?" instead.

I found this for those who only have your own and family to remove. It would require you to read yours afmgain but it is a swift process. It will also reset you're print email address too.

Click the HP ePrint icon (for me this was the first one on the bottom menu) and tap the gear icon or the settings button and select Remove Web Services. Be sure to confirm any prompt.

Next open the Scan to Email app and follow the steps to re-enable web services and re-register the app by providing your valid email address and following the steps on screen.

If that doesn't work, and you don't have other people outside your immediate area to worry about:

Swipe down the top dashboard and click the Setup (gear) icon, then click on Printer Maintenance and select Restore.

Select Restore factory defaults and confirm any prompt, then reconfigure the network or wireless connection and select Scan >> Email.
