Dear Support,

 

I can't seem to post a question to the HP 3D Scanning support forum thread under  "HP Community > Printers > 3D Scanning".  Additionally, it looks like no one has posted (or been able to post) new questions or responses for the last 9 months.

 

Does HP still support the HP 3D Pro S3 scanner and if so, where does one post questions and suggestions related to that product ?

There was a recent flurry of activity - the boards were reconfigured.

 

Supposed to be better - at least, there are fewer boards;  that seems to have cleaned up some of the unused categories a bit.

 

 

New hierarchy:

Community - Printers

 

Honestly, I don't know whether any of our volunteers can answer your question.

"We" are the same group - it is just the boards that have different names.

 

So, start a new thread and ask your question.

I guess (were it me),  I'd post the question in "Scanning, Faxing, and Copying"
