Hi

I am facing issue while setting up scanning by email on HP LaserJet 500 colorMFP M570dw, i am getting smtp server cannot bel resolved error, Please find my smtp server configurations. And if somebody can advice me what could be the solution for the error.

 

smtp server: smtp.office365.com

Port Number: 587 and 465 (i Tried both )smtp config-1.JPGsmtp config-2.JPG
