Hp 3830 android cell

Cannot scan a doc in my printer by using my cell. I have hop app and both are connected to same wifi router.

I understand you Cannot scan a doc in from HP 3830 to your Android cell. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
