Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Scan to Computer requires a FULL Software, download here:

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-7740-wide-format-all-in-one-printer-...

 

After installing the software, enable scan to computer as follows:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HA2IDa1_hIs

 

Here's an example to use Scan to Computer for the printer:
