Hi. I have hp printer  pro 8035 B and my scanner is not scanning multiple pages from the top only if I put one page at time on screen does it scan

If your HP Printer Pro 8035 scanner is unable to scan multiple pages from the document feeder, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check the Document Feeder:

  • Ensure the document feeder is clean and free from any obstructions.
  • Make sure the pages are properly aligned and not curled or bent.

Scanner Settings:

  • Verify the scanner settings are configured correctly for multi-page scanning.
  • Use the appropriate scanning mode and settings. Ensure you have selected “Multipage” scanning if your scanner allows for different modes.

Software Configuration:

  • Use the HP Smart App or the software provided with your printer to configure the scan settings.
  • Ensure your software is up to date.

Driver Update:

  • Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Support Page to download the latest drivers.

Use the Flatbed Scanner:

  • If the Auto Document Feeder (ADF) is malfunctioning, for urgent tasks, you can use the flatbed scanner and manually scan one page at a time.

Restart the Printer:

  • Restart your HP Printer to refresh the settings and resolve minor bugs.
