Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When attempting to change default to copy in grayscale, I found the following response from several websites: 

   From Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Copy icon, and then touch Settings.

      Change the default copy settings:

           To set custom default copy settings:

                Configure the copy settings to meet your preferences, and then scroll to and touch Set as New Defaults.

However, when I click on Copy icon, it just shows Document Copy or ID Card Copy options.  There are no Settings available.

Watch this video on making 2 sided copies. Note the color mode shows. Change it to black and white and then click the diskette icon on the lower left to save as default

Many thanks Repairatrooper!  The save icon does not appear until you have selected grayscale and then clicked into grayscale again. This has to be done to save the default setting to grayscale for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301sdw printer.
