Scanner provides images with crooked lines in the upper part of the scanned page. I have followed all suggested indication for cleaning, power off and on, etc. but the issue is there. How to fix it?

Can we see an example.
And does this problem occur via ADF and flatbed?

Here the example of the scanned file page: from the 2nd to the 5th line they are croocked. The rest of the lines in the same page are correct. Problem occours both with ADF or flatbed.

This is a hardware issue and the printer needs to be serviced. Please contact HP support team in your region for help.
