Someone help!
So my printer goes through this [edit] where it won't scan to my computer, and I have removed it and then reinstall it. Unfortunatley this time my computer, Macbook Air, can't even find the printer. I've tried resetting it and all, but it won't come up. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
That may happen due to any router issue, not allowing multicast traffic.
Please go to System Preferences > Print & Scan.
Click the plus sign and select the IP tab.
Select the HP Jetdirect protocol and set teh Address as the printer's IP address.
Press Add and try printing using the newly added print queue.
May you able to see any difference?
Please let me know if you are able to print using this method

Hi,
Please ensure the printer is connected by tapping the WiFi icon.
Take a note of the printer IP address and try accessing it from your browser, can you access it?
If the printer may not be connected tap Setup > Network > Restore Network Defaults, then open teh Network menu again and follow the Wireless Setup Wizard and reconnect it.
If it is connected and can be accessed try rebooting yoru router by unplugging it for 30 sec, plug it back and allow it 2 minutes to start.
Next reboot the printer and chanck for any change,
Shlomi

I just wanted to share that this is the piece of advice that finally helped me with my struggle to connect my wireless printer! I could access it from the HP website, could print from my phone, but my desktop (with Windows 10) was at first able to wirelesly discover it but unable to install the driver, and then, after some reboots, simply would not find it. I entered the IP address under "printers", and it found the printer, installed the driver and had me up and printing within seconds! Thank you!
