I Changed My router to my phone moto g play 2021 _ 3743

 It has been printing offline OK. I tried to scan and up came Hp scan doctor. i went through all the steps and it still does not work. can someone Help?

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

If you mean you are using your phone as a Hotspot / router,

Scan is more resource intense than many print jobs --

Little phone connection might be be able to handle the necessary throughput.

Suggestion...

Try one "smallish" page of content to see if the scan process can work.

If not, you'll need another method.

If yes, then the process works but not for large scan jobs.
