Good evening, the copy function does not work well, the sheet full of light and dark lines comes out and you don't see anything that was supposed to copy. I did the cleaning as suggested by you but nothing changes.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Did you print from your computer and check if that prints fine?

 

Meanwhile:-

Check the scanner bar functionality: partially lift the scanner lid, and then press the Copy button or icon. If the scanner light does not illuminate or move across the glass then it should be a scanner issue.

 

 Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
