Hi,

I have recently bought a new HP LaserJet MFP 135 w and it’s copying function is not working fine for some reason and only when I try to copy does it not work, scanning function is fine and so is it’s printing part, but whenever I try to copy something (putting paper in tray above and pressing start button) it gives smudges or prints something from the backside of the paper as well for some reason

I understand that you are facing issues with a copy.

 

This could be a hardware issue, however, perform the steps from this video URL and see if that helps.
