When i try to make a copy from my hp  officejet 5740 the header cuts off, worked fine before..please

The copy Resize or the Paper Size might be set incorrectly.

 

What to do?

Printer control / display panel should include the possible Copy settings.

Check.

 

What else?

If the printer is on the network, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to check / configure the Copy Default settings.

 

Example

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Copy > Settings > Default Settings / Copy Defaults (wording can vary)

 

Reminder:  Available settings are model dependent!
